All external reinforced concrete structural elements, as well as external facade walls, are thermally insulated with extruded polystyrene EPS with a thickness of 8 cm.
Flat roofs and terraces are thermally insulated with XPS with a thickness of 5 to 10 cm.
The enclosing facade walls are made of ceramic bricks - 25 cm, the internal partition walls are made of ceramic bricks - 12 cm, the installation packages are made of plasterboard plates on a metal structure 5 cm.
Walls and ceilings - Machine-applied gypsum plaster and putty with aluminum corner protectors laid at the edges.
Floor - leveling cement-sand screed.
Sanitary premises - cement screed with a slope towards the siphons.
Windows - PVC windows with double four-season glazing.
Entrance armored door with 5-point lock.
Balconies, loggias and terraces - filled with waterproofing and screed with a slope. Flooring made of frost-resistant granite tiles.
VIK installation and sewers - water pipe filled with polypropylene pipes with PN 16 and PN 20 for cold and hot water with an aluminum insert next to the plug. Installed thermal insulation on all exposed areas in order to prevent the formation of condensation. Installed water meters. The sewer will be filled with PVC pipes up to the plug.
Electrical installations - installed apartment panel, from which all lines for lighting and sockets are powered. The panel is equipped with appropriate fuses and fault protection.
